Deal Magnet - Buyer:
At the core of every transaction is a property, a seller and a buyer. “Deal Magnet - Buyer” can help you easily and quickly match the right buyer to a given property. As you use NouveauSoft™ and add prospective properties and buyers into the system, you’ll have the ability to perform detailed searches to match a buyer to a property. If searching for matching properties to a given buyer’s “wants” list, just specify the minimum and maximum bedrooms, bathrooms, price range, square footage, etc. and let Deal Magnet do the rest!

Deal Magnet – Property:
Similar process to “Deal Magnet – Buyer,” “Deal Magnet - Property” can help you easily and quickly match the right property to a given buyer. If you have a property and you’d like to notify the buyers in your list whose “wants” list matches the properties’ specifications, it’s as easy as a click of a mouse! In just moments you’ll have a populated list of buyers that are perfectly suited to your properties.

Doc-Clip:
With so much paperwork in real estate investing transactions, it is important to keep things organized. “Doc- Clip” enables you to attach any and all electronic files to each property you work on, so you don’t have to hunt through reams of photos, market analysis, offers, counter offers, etc. This program keeps you organized and all your documents at your fingertips anytime you need it saving you time and frustration.
